  • Ecological Responsibility

    Our energetically renovated office building in Dresden is resource-efficiently heated and cooled using geothermal energy and a heat pump. A photovoltaic system with storage covers part of our energy needs. Our fleet mainly consists of electric vehicles, and employees can charge their private electric cars for free at our wall boxes. By switching to online meetings, we have reduced business trips by 85% and significantly decreased CO₂ emissions. Several beehives on our company premises promote biodiversity and raise our team's awareness of intact ecosystems.

  • Ethical Business Practices

    Our actions are based on fair, sustainable principles. Transparency and diversity are important to us. We are convinced that long-term success is only possible with responsible actions. In this way, we contribute to a better future for employees, customers, and society.

  • Social Engagement

    We support the Albert Schweitzer Children's Village as well as local sports clubs such as SV Motor Mickten – with financial assistance and personal exchange.
